I'm familiar with the Vanguard Specialized Health fund. As far as the Internationals go, I normally do not hold them. Take a close look at the holdings of your typical Stock fund. It has quite a bit of foreign stocks. Also, many U.S. companies do a tremendous percentage of their business overseas. So i feel that i'm gettind a good exposure to these markets right here with U.S. funds. The only Int'l I have recently held was the janus Worldwide fund. I like the philosophy of Helen Young hayes. She understands the "Global marketplace". Mark
