Brian , Those are the very reasons that it is important to be there NOW. Now is when things are happening in those regions with concern to internet telephony. It is very difficult to hop on a moving train. Much smarter to board it at the station. The decline of many of the worlds economies has created opportunity for Jimmy and DGIV. We have an advantage in negotiations with these countries because despite their economic woes they still need to keep pace with a changing world. DGIV's business strategy of partnering rather than controlling is a welcome concept IMHO to these countries. Another undeniable TRUTH is NOTHING stays the same. These economies will work themselves out at some point albeit will take some time, and DGIV will be embedded in these countries when they start to flourish again. MARK C
