I have read recently about the computer industy's move from individual
computer workstations to networked computer workstations where all the
P.C's at each desk will no longer require their own hard drives because they will just down load from the server whatever applications that would need to be run at the time. I'm no computer expert, but doesn't this limit the upside potential for hard drives. I could very well be missing the boat on what KM technology is all about; Please help!
