The 'precious stones ' is a new buisness. You are misleading investors again, as you have with the license to export products from Brazil. The license was issued by the govt. and a copy can be procured if you really desired.
Since your diligence is so poor pertaining to AZNT, it would suggest the same can be said about your diligence pertaining to RMIL, etc., but may I ask you this;
If you, or a broker associate, are sitting on a trading desk and you notice JB OXFORD punch on the box, how do you suggest AZNT shareholders should react? <s>
