Buzz, A friend and I had a local Smith-Barney broker look up the analysis on CWEI. Turns out they have a buy rating on it with a target price of $18 by year end. Apparently they do not make all information public. The broker said that Smith-Barney had 1000s of analyst. A few weeks ago $18 sounded low, but looks like they have the right target range. The last big move on CWEI started about 5 weeks before earnings released.
