The announced intention by the CEO to buy 1mm shares may be a positive sign but don't forget the fact that he sold 4.5mm shares in June at about 23.75. This is a $11,000,000 buy vs. a $107,000,000 sale.

Also, this will NOT reduce the number of shares outstanding. It is not a company buyback to treasury stock.
