Michael - My thoughts are the same as yours. It must be because of the dilution of the preferred shares. It could also be because some investors have run out of patience. For the past year, we've heard how the results are just around the corner, never to materialize. Volume was fairly heavy yesterday. Any big blocks traded ? Jim
