space cadet, well Paul Allen has bought a ton of cable companies,and is amassing a kingdom. Bill Gates and MSFT asre investing heavily,and I believe digital boxes with MSIE,like a new version of Web Tv will be in all houses in 10 years. So we do have both founding fathers of MSFT heavily investing in cable. Yes read the article closely,unlimited bandwidth is being supplied by HLIT's Metro DWDM. I have Web TV Plus also, and I am amazed at how easy it is to set up,and how much it can do. I love my Web TV,this thing is fantastic,and easier to set up than a VCR. Well Thomson RCA is making a big push into retail cable modems,and is a partner of HLIT. Things are looking so bright HLIT's employees will have to be provisioned sun glasses. Tim
