I guess I would agree that at far as Intel is concerned, buy and hold has not been the strategy for the last year and a half. This stock has been trading as if it were on a Nascar track, going in circles, always seemingly heading back to 75 after a visit to the 90's. It's interesting, even seemingly forgotten techs like IBM have been outpacing Intel handily this year. I got tired of waiting after the first trip and started trading it a bit, turns out the trading is the only decent cash I've made in the stock this year. As for next year, who knows?? If Intel does not look better once Xeon has been out for awhile though, I'll bet many will be thinking about getting out for good...
