Not much more to add regarding my previous conversation with Gary posted last week but I did speak with him today.

This was my interpretation of the conversation I had with Gary: Please do your own DD:


1. Audit status: Still on schedule for completion in Sept. He feels very confident this will be done. He understands the importance of this and it is a priority.

2. Do you have ANY ownership interest in ANY internet Gambling Site? Answer NO

3. Are any of the internet gambling sites, from which GLOW will receive revenue, owned in whole or in part by US citizens?
(this is important as US gov't will go after people who own those companies.)

Answer NO

Burnt church?

All is going well, still waiting for the contracts to be closed, nothing negative to report. (my personal feeling FWIW, we are very close)

All in all, GLOW is still the same and/or a better company than it was when trading in the .50's. He is assuming the investors do not realize the potential Dominica has and with the Audit being completed next month and with the Burnt Church being finalized and with other deals being worked on, he feels all will be fine in a short while ( Of course he could not specify how long a short while was).

I expressed the discomfort most of the investors in GLOW are feeling (understatement) and he said he understood, but, the company is working extremely hard on several projects and he feels as though it will pay off in the future, both short term and Long.

All in all I believe he was being totally honest and will hold my position in GLOW. He sounded upset at the price of the stock and wants to see it back up. I believe he will achieve this.
