No, not both ways. The hold on Msft never changed only the level of shares as a percentage. He went to caution in high valuation market.

easy, almost too easy unless you are looking to trash....

Right for picking Msft that went on to grow to more than prudent if you invested 4% from the beginning.

His advise was to trim back holdings in case Msft took a dive though he had no expectation for it to do so as it was a hold if less than 4% of a portfolio.
