There have been recurring rumors to that effect for years.But in today's fluid market,with conditions changing every day we don't really know what the eventual outcome will be. Makes sense , though. <<I hope Bema takes ECM out. That is, buys out the partner in the project, so that it is a 100% project, and also buys out the ECM>>
