Kirk, let me play back what I think BB was saying regarding Msft. Since the initial investment in Msft was 4% of one's equity position, as measured in dollars, had significantly increased over the years, it now represented a value of much greater than the 4% that BB recommends. Given that the markets have become unstable, Bob thought it best that holders of Msft reduce their positons back to the 4% level. So, he recommended a sale of the amount in excessive of the 4%.

Is this correct?
