I visited the TGSK Yahoo thread yesterday afternoon and found the Bankruptcy document posted earlier in the day. Even Nutsoo agreed it was proof that Colin Smith did file for BK. I call Scott at Sitra and he said that the document had been emailed to him by another investor. He was very disappointed that Colin had lied about the BK in the telephone conference. He said Colin was out of town but he intended to contact him ASAP to question him on the document. Scott is a decent guy and I trust his information. But if he or we can not trust the CEO to give accurate information how can we really know if TGSK is performing as we are told. Can we trust the projections or statements regarding expansion? Can we trust that a rights offering, 180 day away, is anything but a scam to sucker more money to flow into an unreporting company with amazing volume in light of the reported float? Is it really likely that MM's have shorted millions of shares that do not even exist? Something ain't right!!!!
