Kirk, let me play back what I think BB was saying regarding Msft. Since the initial investment in Msft was 4% of one's equity position, as measured in dollars, had significantly increased over the years, it now represented a value of much greater than the 4% that BB recommends. Given that the markets have become unstable, Bob thought it best that holders of Msft reduce their positons back to the 4% level. So, he recommended a sale of the amount in excessive of the 4%. Is this correct? Bingo! That is my understanding PS: <<easy, almost too easy unless you are looking to trash....>> what does this mean? Don't understand. It feels like many of us spend so much time "defending" what seems rather clear to regulars. Maybe I am too sensitive and you only listen to the show on occasion and do not subscribe and so were clueless as to what he meant? kirk
