I think it should have read: ". . . pay out a dividend so that the CEO could tap into company funds to pay creditors for a personal bankruptcy which he denies occurred despite available evidence to the contrary?" My answer is no. But I've never seen a company that is well-managed do this, either. In my view the dividend payment and the apparent circumstances surrounding it make for the major caution flag for this company. Second is the decline in the peso's value with the attendant economic dislocations it's beginning to cause.
