Hi Tim, Lu at the current price level presents a good buying opportunity for the long-term investors; trading is a different story. The recent stock weakness, in my opinion, stems from WS's wait-and-see attitute knowing that LU will be free "pooling of interest" approach of merger/acquisition. General market conditions certainly didn't help either. Also, you probably noticed also that the big cap high techs move in spurts--ferociously for a few months, then consolidates. In short, my long-term assessment of Lucent has not changed. Ibexx
