FNTN management has filed 144's in the likely event of a surge in the price of fntn stock after subsequent news releases that they are more aware of than you and I

I see... I guess that justifies half of the officers for filing the 144's to sell? Just in case the stock prices surges?

But why sell at these prices when they are supposedly building state of the art technology that you and other here say it's going to be the next Yahoo? Is the technology really state of the art? Video Conferencing has been around for quite some time. Bandwidth limitations and high telco costs is what kept it down. As soon as the last mile technology developes the RBOCS and other CLECS will be all over that. Not to mention CNBC and the other real players.
