<<Fourth, Fidelity Select Energy Services Fund, and its brethren, will not be having much success attracting investment in the coming months by showing investors its recent track record.>> that's just the point to buying mutual funds. you don't buy immediate past track records as they rarely hold up, you buy sectors with previous good records that are trading significantly lower. at least this is how one generally makes money in mutual funds. this is one of the very funds we'll be moving money to in the next few months of course, it's hard to see where you're going when you're driving backwards down a road while moving forward
