And hasn't the CEO damaged his credibility re future statements and, at least in my mind, past practices? The situation has added a degree of risk which extends beyond normal business risks and the stock being on the BB. Faith may well be rewarded here, but a risk/reward ratio needs to be compared to other companies that investors could bet on.
