Mr. Pink needs to consult one of his lawyers regarding the meaning of libel. He, or she, will hopefully remind Mr. Pink that not all speech is protected by the first amendment. Is Mr. Pink aware of any other hot areas in which the SEC's Division of Enforcement is currently interested? jc
