Think of it this way, the dyke is there as old ma nature say fit to emplace it....through drilling WSP is trying to learn its true dimensions.
They have drilled it along strike for 800 meters with fairly wide space holes each hole hit so it sure appears to run for that length. You could step out n and south along strike and drill more hooles, if you hit the dyke you have extended its strike length. If you drill and there is no dyke then you know it ends somewhere between the hole with no dyke and the last hole that hit the dyke.
The same applies when you drill down dip. On one line or section they stepped out quite a distance and hit dyke. On the other sections we dont know how far down dip it may go because it hasnt been drilled yet.
So far the dyke is still open along strike and down dip, meaning they havent had a complete misses yet. How big it is it....only by drilling to its edges will one know for sure.
