Your reasoning sounds logical.
How much lower can TLK go ?
I believe it's mostly panic, that investors are selling off anything related to emerging markets. I saw TLK at 3 7/8 and was very tempted.
Yesterday sold IIT and, but held on to PAP.
Long term it seems hard to belive that TLk will go down much more.
But then again, who knows.
