Well, I guess that the only thing that affects a stock price is supply and demand. This means that this stock or any other can go down to 3 or 2 or 1 or 1/8.

Since it is clear that markets are terribly inefficient (remember CSCO's decline in 1997 or Iomega's over-rise or how so many small caps are currently down 40 to 80%?) The trick is not to catch something at the bottom, but to try to pick an entry level you will be proud of at a later point in time.
