Dear Rick -- funny you should ask. PARS is incorporated in Nevada and has, courtesy of that state, an arsenal of poison pill strategies to combat a hostile takeover. I think many biotechs do this -- after all, they do all the development and don't want to be bought up cheap by some cash-rich pharmaceutical. The issue is addressed in the March S-3. Wow, some market in general. Someday I'd love to learn how to play both sides of the street -- long and short. Take care, Ariella P.S.
