The Cytrix product target mostly Win Nt server unlike Unix server for Hummingbird'Exceed. The fonctionality is about the same (running apps on the server from a station) but Exceed run in Windows to connect on an Unix server (almost only) and Cytrix run in Windows to connect on a Windows NT server only.

You can't use Cytrix to connect on Unix to run applications and, as i know, you can't use Hum Exceed to connect to a Windows server in X mode but only in Telnet mode and some other TCP/IP services.

Don't know if i'm clear enough and sorry for my english.
