<pay out a dividend so that the CEO could tap into company funds to pay creditors for a personal bankruptcy> They waived the 500,000 share personal dividend didn't they? How could this have been applied to a bankruptcy? The whole bankruptcy issue is suspicious because of the source of origination. Yesterday's timing of the linked web page right after a small run up on a quiet day is suspicious indeed. Someone is going to more trouble to bash this stock than the hypsters are hyping it.
