<<<<Along those same lines..... Lets become a real Information Service Provider "ISP". As a service we can provide a Network Computer "$500", a High Speed xDSL modem "$1,500"/ "lease the line for $18 a month", and provide some real services other then just WWW access,Chat groups and E-mail. Lets provide the basics also, like MS word, MS powerpoint, Video Phone, VOD,..,.,,., and games since the NC doesn't have a hard-disk drive.>>>

Seriously, who *is* going to provide all this and be the first to do it? Will it be someone like MCI? or GTE? or someone we haven't been watching like IBM?
