The trend looks good to me on WLA. You've got a quality Dow stock in a defensive sector if there is a global downturn/recession. There are not very many stocks these days that have weathered the recent storm. WLA is one of them thus far. I like the high P/E. Shows that there is a lot of demand in excess of supply for the stock. Insider sales occur all the time. Many of the sales are small amounts. Insiders sell for all kinds of legitimate reasons. Insider buys are more telling. What period are you using for RSI and bollinger bands? It makes a big difference.
