Elizabeth, Thanks for the links. The thing that stands out to me is: "We have no plans to use any exotic lithography technology," Rickert said. "We will begin evaluation of steppers in the middle of the year," he added, referring to selecting the lithography tool set for the new technology. It seems likely he probably is trying to keep their plans secret and is not revealing the truth. What is your take? I'd be very interested in how JMAR responds as well. I hope the sell-off of JMAR today was related to the general market (margin calls, etc.) and not due to the TI news. David
