MB: How about the arbitrage play between ALA and DIGI I think the only roadblock at this time is the antitrust ... every share of DIGI is exhanged for .815 of ALA DIGI is 22.375 ALA is 30.3125 so .815 of 30.3125 is 24.7 which represents a 10% premium - risk free ???
