Peter Grandich. This list is by symbol, followed by dollar amount of monthly retainer (if any), followed by number and strike
price of options (if any), followed by other fees (if any). All fees in U.S. dollars and stock options strike price is Canadian except if
otherwise noted. BG 125,000 @ $1.00, CRVV $2,500 - 200,000 @ $.25, DML $2,500 - 100,000 @ $1.25,..........etc.
Gotta get her over $1.25 for Peter to be smiling.
Still, at a $30,000 per year retainer from Donner alone he can't be too unhappy. |
