This is so ridiculous, but since this is getting so complicated, here is my counter offer for the arrangement:
My lawyer verifies the original receipts that I provide. At your request, he can contact my brokerage account, and verify that the information I have provided to him is accurate and correct, that I am the actual person whose name is on those receipts, or any other proof that you require.
You are wherever you want to be, but not with me physically because of your psychotic problem. You get a speaker phone or whatever you want. You ask my lawyer to verify whatever, and he can sign a legally binding document that this information is correct, and can mail you the document. As a legally binding document, if my lawyer lies on it you can have him disbarred if you want.
The only conditions I impose are the following:
Under no circumstances will I or my lawyer give you my name, address, phone, or any other information that would enable you to show up, in case God tells you to go bomb or kill me or my family. My lawyer can verify who I am and do a check with SI admin to make sure I am the person who posts as RocketMan, in any way you want, through name and address, email, credit card, or any other info I provided to SI when I signed up. My only condition is that you will not get that personal info yourself, for the reasons stated above.
The loser pays lawyer fees, to include telephone calls, etc. Furthermore, to reimburse me for all of this trouble, here is my refined challenge. Since you claim that I sold over $1, then you pay me $100 for every penny that I sold, on average, for under $1. So if my average sell price is, for example $.90, you owe me $1000. If my average is, say, $.50, then you owe me $5,000.
In return, if my average sell price is over $1, then for every penny above $1, I will give you $200, a two-to-one ratio in your favor. So if I sold at, say, $1.10, you make $2000, if my average was $1.50, you make $10,000! Good deal, El Pajaro, all you have to believe are the voices you are receiving from God or whomever that tell you that I am a Nazi and I sold over $1.
Now, to make sure I make my money, I want us both to put that much money in an escrow account, under the control of both of our lawyers, that way we can both be sure that neither of us welches on the deal. In either case, lawyer fees come from the escrow account of the other party, in addition to the loss from the bet.
Oh, and the loser also leaves SI forever. And one final thing. I don't want to take up any more DGIV thread time to discuss your MTEI obsession with me, so I will only discuss this challenge on PMs with you from now on. I will not respond to any public posts from you on this bet. If you win this bet, then you are free to come on this thread and show everyone how I was a Nazi, etc, and you would have won back all of your MTEI losses besides.
