Kevin, OT I agree with you for the most part. If someone said that most scam Penny Stocks are Nevada corporations, I would tend to agree, but Florida seem big in this area as well. I do admit that I do not know either of these statements to be a fact, just an impression. On the other hand just because a company is a Nevada corporation does not mean that there is anything wrong with the company. I would never jump to that conclusion. It just means I need to do more research into the background of the company and its officers. Tom
