Karl --- too early yet to jump on the sm cap issues... more blood coming. Those that hold now and buy later will be rewarded. It will rise again,, not as fast as Oct or 87 IMO, but will be back soon enough. Hell, a week ago we could have bought all the stock in Russia, our so called exposure there is nil --- some cheap oil,a few fish, and vodka to wash it down with,,,,, makes no difference who is president--- Clinton could add Russia to his duties and still have time for Monica & Paula and there would be no difference. Now how much do we depend on latam? About the same. As long as Europe holds, and their economies are growing like the US, as China does not devalue like Japan & Asia this stands as much chance of hurting the US as does a fart against Bonnie---- do not jump back,,, watch for a steady slow rise and get in....... it will be like '87 again,,, just how long is the question. More money was made in '87 from the runners than at any time in the past.... let the weak run,,,,, be poised and move slow when the time arrives,,,, do not hurry into any range,,, but small has farther to go up on a % basis......
look at the p/es of the oil sector,,,NE - VTS - HOFF AND WHERE THEY WERE 30 DAYS AGO. They may take awhile but look out when they move.../
