Your power of deduction is truly amazing.
If you would bother yourself to check prices,
you could find out that the SS-7 boards run
for $71-$75 at retail level, while the EX-boards
for Celerons start from $89. Let me remind you
that every SS-7 board come with at least 512k
cache soldered, therefore at OEM level the cache
is already accounted.
