Did they? Really? You have their word? First take a gander at the BK docs for Case #69762566. Phone 1-888-436-7477.
Next try the BK attorney, Frank D. Thomas, Jr. at 254-776-3611 to try verify if Alvis Colin Smith, the client who filed for personal bankruptcy on 11/18/97, was the CEO of Tigershark at the time. Or, if you accept the BK and recognize the subsequent denial of it by Mr. Smith, even if you don't think it's a big deal, don't you think credibility is an issue. . . including a statement about waiving a dividend? After all, a witness's credibility is effectively impugned with one patent falsehood. It only takes one to color all other statements with suspicion. ( I think President Clinton is having that problem, too.)
