Pman...I can comment on the dirt, but as far as the US$?... I'll leave that one to the talking heads on TV... [I guess that we're just headless talking heads here].<g> The RE market is still in the Dell-Zone around these parts. Listed a home yesterday, on the market 7 hours...and going into escrow in the morning at full price. Seems a bit peculiar with the recent layoffs in Silicon Valley, but the low interest rates seem to make or break my paychecks. However, I was doing this at 17-19% interest rates , and there still was an "ass for every seat"... so, anyway..I guess that it must be one of those MO things! <g> just a joke..I work with some nice people..and some real stinkers; ...and some nice people that turn into real stinkers. Real estate transactions tend to bring out the anxiety & greed in people to the max..
