Linda, I agree and am in this stock for the same reasons! The company had called my mom because she didnt vote her shares....she said "I threw it away"...so I called the company, and see what I can do to get another proxy.... Tonight the ceo called me back, he said we need the votes....230k-240k votes needed....YES votes, or it will be liquidation. Even if you have a small position 100-200 shares you need to vote....It is the the best interest of the company, and the shareholders. I would suggest to anyone, who needs a proxy, to call your broker, or the 800 number listed on prdm 's web page. Sandra.... I havent been following the sentiment on the thread or the stock...I see its pretty negative here. Just wanted to relate what he said to me about voting.
