Stock bull,
I've listened to Bob for some time now and have always paid attention when he discussed his timing model. I do not believe his timing model directly factors in foreign markets at all. Indirectly, BB's model factors in foreign markets by determining how they will affect the 4 model components: investor sentiment, valuation, interest rates and inflation.
