At this point ... I can only go from past experience with mergers ... The last one I went through was surely NOT in my better interest ... and the price depreciation happened as soon as the merger was transacted.

I have read little to nothing in the last few years, where this company, PRDM, has done diddly squat to raise share value for it's shareholders ... so why on earth would they start now?

That is my only reasoning Sandra
