On the other hand just because a company is a Nevada corporation does not mean that there is anything wrong with the company. I would never jump to that conclusion. It just means I need to do more research into the background of the company and its officers.

Thanks for pointing that out Tom. Back then someone posted a glamourous link about why someone should incorporated in Nevada. I took the same facts and said that most penny stocks scams are incorporated in Nevada. Note: I never said most penny stocks incorporated in Nevada are scams. Go to the sec homepage and search for halted companies. And then pull their incorporation records. It's astonishing.

Also, as you posted earlier, the cheerleaders here are trying to discredit me! lol. I'm not in a credibility contest. I'm in reality though. I never said MS sold any shares through the 144. I never said all nevada corp's were scams. They are just trying to twist my posts around to look that way... It's quite humourous.
