Is it only market conditions, or something we don't know???>>> When the Company was doing its "road show" a few months back, all every analyst or institution wanted to know about was the status of the Mentor injunction. Obviously these people are not going to jump on the Misonix bandwagon until the injunction is resolved. Just as obviously, however, is the fact that Misonix is on several "radar screens" at this time. Let's just hope this Judge is finally ready to work and that the Hearing happens on Sep. 11th. And let's hope the ruling goes in our favor and is swift.
