How is your Llama herd doing these days? What are they saying at the pool hall about the global economy?

With a liar in charge you know he is pulling your leg. You don't have to wonder. If he is a clever liar he can handle the shareholders, the SEC and the other gov't departments. Liars are good too in dealing with greasy gov't officials expecting bribes. You know he will not pay them. And what is the difference between a broker and a promoter and a liar? If you cannot tell then you should not be talking to any one of them.
