To All - I was able to talk to Robert Kubbernus for a while today. As you know, he was on the West Coast from last Friday until yesterday, meeting with investors, brokerages, etc.

They had a very successful meeting with a major brokerage firm. Over the next several weeks, they are going to be working very hard to try to finalize a sponsorship arrangement with this brokerage. The exciting aspect of all this is not only will this firm provide Jaws with a stable form of financing, they will also introduce Jaws to their Fortune 500 corporate customers. It is much more like a strategic alliance than one in which the brokerage is merely acting as a financier. They will also help them move to the NASDAQ Small Cap market.

This will not happen overnight, but it is Rob's priority that this gets done.

There are a lot of deals in the works but they are not quite at the final stage yet, so he couldn't elaborate. He did suggest that the Axion deal could be bigger than he first thought.

As far as Press Releases are concerned, they will try to have one a week, but there are no guarantees. As Chris pointed out in a previous post, when you're dealing with more than one company and different cities, it can be hard to get everyone on the same schedule. He did say that there should be one next week. If there is one, it will be on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday - no more releases on Mondays or Fridays as per the advice they have been given.

We're all frustrated with the share price, but I can tell you that this company is so much farther along at 40 cents compared to what it was when it was over $1.00. I know that it's hard to sit and wait, and some of you won't, but I think that the next 3 to 6 months are going to be very exciting.
