Thursday August 27, 8:17 pm Eastern Time Dell brass sold about $128 mln in stock WASHINGTON, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Senior Dell Computer Corp executives, led by founder and Chief Executive Michael Dell, sold about 1.5 million common shares of the computer maker worth nearly $128 million, recent regulatory filings showed. Dell and his wife Susan sold 1.25 million shares valued at more than $108 million on May 26 thru 28, and he planned to sell another 2.1 million shares worth about $249 million around August 21.
It was not immediately known if the sale took place.

Vice Chairman Morton Topfer unloaded 200,000 shares worth roughly $16 million on May 26, and Senior Vice President Thomas Green disposed of 48,000 shares valued at about $3.9 million on June 22.
They revealed their sales in the Round Rock, Texas-based computer company's stock in recent form 144 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Companies' executives file the 144 to show an intention to sell stock, but are not obliged to do so. They will also sometimes reveal how much stock they have actually sold.
