Target for pns ENVY is 4 to 6X (True)free cash flow + net (cash-all liabilities). Will need new and honest management. The market will overreact and push the stock at least this low. Any stock in this environment that does not pass the sniff test will continue to trade lower as the virtuous cycle turns vicious and people throw out anything questionable.
