Richard, One thought about Microsoft and mission critical applications. In order for a company that already dominates the marketplaces it has chosen to compete, isn't it logical that they will begin to seek new markets? Microsoft started out as an OS company, then quickly moved in to desktop applications, games, online services etc etc etc. Could mission critical applications be next? One other thought, is DM truely mission critical? I suppose some applications are but I dont think DM by definition is necessarily.
