Pat, You're right about that. So, far it seems to have settled down. There is a definate hesitation about buying into this low. Everybody seems to be on a wait and watch program. They don't want to buy in too soon. It will become too tempting after awhile. Some of these prices look too good. Sir Charles does not make a game. Hakeem, makes a game.
