I think you're right. I am a bit nervous but no capitulation here; and if I had cash I would have spent it today.

If I recall from last weekend Bob said about a "Zero percent chance of bear market in 1998." And consider this: the average NYSE stock is down over 30% and the same for the NASDAQ is down over 40%. The main correction in this mkt is the large cap indexes, i.e., S&P and DJIA.
